Job Description:
  • Develop and enhance existing financial models and investment calculations to support our strategic initiatives
  • Design and optimize our financial planning processes (budgets/forecasts) and create actual vs. target comparisons, reports, and action plans
  • Analyze complex financial information and translate it into valuable insights to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management
  • Act as a business and sparring partner for executives on all financial matters (FP&A, controlling, accounting)
  • Lead project management activities for strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with various departments inside and outside the CFO area, especially on cross-functional project basis
  • Fine-tune existing and implement new SAP processes to enhance the quality of our financial reporting
Who You Are:
  • Hold a Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in challenging environments such as financial services and/or consulting (preferably in the financial institutions sector) and/or leading roles in FP&A/controlling
  • Have a strong affinity for and enjoyment of analyzing financial data, coupled with a precise work style
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, with German being a big plus
  • Have a good command of MS Office and expertise in SAP (4/HANA) reporting and processes
  • Have good knowledge of HGB and IFRS
  • Participating in the CFA program and having a good sense of humor is advantageous
