Salesforce Product Strategist

We are looking for an In-House Salesforce Product Manager / Owner to join our team at IDnow. As the Product Manager, you will take charge of overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce CRM system.

Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for all Salesforce-related matters, responsible for managing the system, including user administration, customization, and configuration.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the Salesforce system aligned with the company's business goals, considering stakeholders from various departments.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and document them in JIRA.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize feature development based on business value and resource availability.
  • Agile Development: Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into user stories, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • User Training and Adoption: Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to enhance employee Salesforce system usage.
  • Development Work: Act as a delegate for system administrators or technical leads and perform development tasks as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators, monitor system performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Kanban, and Sprint board.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or similar role in a Salesforce environment.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile development and project management.
  • Previous success in managing Salesforce projects and improving customer experiences.
