Du nutzt alle vorhandenen Möglichkeiten innerhalb von Salesforce um unsere Geschäftsentwicklung und die Arbeitsabläufe zur Kundengewinnung und -bindung zu optimieren sowie unsere Effizienz und Rentabilität zu steigern.
Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner zwischen Business Stakeholdern und dem technischen Salesforce Development Team und sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation und einen idealen Abgleich zwischen geschäftlichen Anforderungen und technischen Lösungen.
Du verantwortet den Salesforce Product Backlog und priorisierst die Arbeit des Development Teams entsprechend unserer Geschäftsstrategie und dem ROI.
Du definierst und verfeinerst User Stories und Acceptance Criteria und kümmerst dich um das Sprint Planning, Reviews und Retrospektiven.
Du arbeitest eng mit den Salesforce Entwicklern und Administratoren zusammen und steuerst die Entwicklung neuer Features, Verbesserungen und Integrationen.
Du hältst dich über Salesforce-Updates und neue Features auf dem Laufenden und prüfst das Potenzial für einen möglichen Einsatz in unserer Organisation. Dein Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Salesforce.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Salesforce Product Owner innerhalb einer dynamischen und wachsenden Salesforce-Umgebung.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Salesforce Produkte (insbesondere Sales Cloud), idealerweise abgerundet durch entsprechende Salesforce Zertifizierungen (z.B. Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, etc.).
Professionelles Stakeholder-Management und Expertise in der Übersetzung von geschäftlichen Anforderungen in technische Lösungen.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Development Teams, eine Zertifizierung als Agile Coach oder Scrum Master ist von Vorteil.
Sehr ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und die Fähigkeit, nutzerorientierte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
