Aufgaben- Business Partner des internationalen Finance-Teams und relevanter Fachbereiche
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten für interne und externe Stakeholder gemäß den Unternehmensrichtlinien und -standards
- Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting und die langfristige finanzielle Planung des Konzerns
- Überwachung und Abstimmung von Intercompany-Transaktionen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien
- Analyse von Kostenstrukturen, Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Kostenoptimierungsstrategien
- Kontinuierliche Bewertung und Optimierung der Finanz- und Controlling-Prozesse im Kontext von SAP FI/CO, um Effizienz und Genauigkeit zu verbessern
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling oder äquivalente Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzcontrolling, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld
- Gute HGB-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS)
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI/CO, idealerweise auf SAP S/4HANA, sowie ausgeprägte Excel-Kenntnisse
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren und präzise Berichte zu erstellen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um in einem internationalen Umfeld effektiv zu kommunizieren
- Starke Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einer Matrixstruktur zu arbeiten und mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
