Technical Data Engineer - Maintenance Manual(m/w/d)

Wir suchen für unseren renommierten, internationalen und innovativen Auftraggeber aus der Luft- u. Raumfahrtbranche am Standort Donauwörth einen zuverlässigen und motivierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee (m/f/d) to strengthen the team for our renowned, international and innovative client from the aerospace industry at the Donauwörth location.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbständige Analyse von Änderungsanträgen (ECP/MITB) sowie Kundenkommentaren und Schätzen von Aufwänden bzgl. Neuerstellung bzw. Anpassung der Dokumentation
  • Analyse von technischen Bauunterlagen (Stücklisten, Zeichnungen, Technical Notes) sowie Unterlagen/Ersatzteilkataloge von Lieferanten (CMM) hinsichtlich Wartungsmaßnahmen und des Wartungskonzepts
  • Definition des Änderungsumfangs in den Handbüchern unter Berücksichtigung der bestehenden Hubschrauberkonfigurationen
  • Durchführen der Änderungen bzw. technische Betreuung von Unterauftragnehmern für die Erstellung der einzelnen Datenmodule
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reporting, Datenmanagement und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Zeitgerechtes Bereitstellen der ICA-Drafts für die Zulassung von Änderungen/Neuentwicklungen bei den nationalen/internationalen Luftfahrtbehörden

  • Independent analysis of change requests (ECP/MITB) as well as customer comments and estimation of efforts regarding the creation or adaptation of documentation
  • Analysis of technical construction documents (parts lists, drawings, technical notes) as well as documents/spare parts catalogs from suppliers (CMM) with regard to maintenance measures and the maintenance concept
  • Definition of the scope of changes in the manuals taking into account the existing helicopter configurations
  • Carrying out the changes or providing technical support to subcontractors for the creation of the individual data modules
  • Processing customer inquiries, reporting, data management and process improvements
  • Providing timely ICA drafts for approval of changes/new developments to national/international aviation authorities
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium - vorzugsweise Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Technikerlevel mit entsprechender einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung von technischer Publikation im Bereich der Luftfahrt (vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrik und/oder Avionik)
  • verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in English / fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse der luftfahrttechnischen Regelungen bezogen auf technische Dokumentation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Hubschrauberwartung oder Produktion von Vorteil
  • ILS Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Vorkenntnisse in Elektrik und Avionik
English:
  • Successfully completed engineering studies - preferably aerospace engineering or technician level with relevant relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in the creation of technical publications in the field of aviation (preferably in the field of electrical and/or avionics)
  • Fluent language skills in English / advanced knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations related to technical documentation
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Experience in helicopter maintenance or production is an advantage
  • ILS knowledge is an advantage
  • basic knowledge of electrical and avionics
