Design and control of support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering department Analysing and detailed specification of business requirements Coordination of activities as part of the management of change processes Support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications Definition and monitoring of key indicators of the support process Requirements Successfully completed studies in computer science Several years of professional experience in IT and information systems Sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components, programming paradigms and product management Expertise in the technical support of applications in the aviation sector Expertise in Airbus project processes is advantageous Business fluent in English Existing work permit for the EU ServicesWork-life balance – through flexible working time models
