- Annahme, Bearbeitung sowie Lösung von eingehenden Kundenanfragen sowie von Anfragen aus anderen Prozessen hinsichtlich der STP-Produktpalette
- Pflege der Bug / CR – Anwendungen sowie der Supportdatenbank
- Unterstützung der Kunden bei notwendigen Konfigurationen (z.B. Vorlagenanpassungen, Rechte- und Benutzerverwaltung etc.) ggf. gegen Auftrag und Dienstleistungen
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen aus dem Anwender-Support bei technischen Fragen/Problemen unserer Kunden
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder informationstechnischen Bereich
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse für die IT-Landschaft und technische Affinität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Empathie in Verbindung mit hoher Kundenorientierung

Bei der gibt es insgesamt 3 Support Center mit 37 Mitarbeitenden. Wir suchen dich für unseren Standort Karlsruhe In Karlsruhe sind wir aktuell zu 10.
Solltest du nicht in der Nähe wohnen, kannst du auch remote arbeiten. Während der Onboardingphase bist du idealerweise bei uns im Büro vor Ort, alternativ bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche. Danach treffen wir uns in der Regel alle 4-6 Wochen für ca. 1 Woche gemeinsam im Büro.
- Kennenlernen: In einem 20-minütigen Austausch mit einem unserer Recruiter schauen wir gemeinsam auf die gegenseitigen Erwartungen.
- Erstes Interview: Anschließend wirst du unsere Führungskraft im Support digital kennenlernen und tiefer in fachliche Themen und in die Rolle eintauchen.
- Zweites Interview: Du besuchst uns im Headquarter in Karlsruhe, schnupperst in deine künftigen Aufgaben herein und lernst dein zukünftiges Team kennen.
