YOUR MISSION:
As a
Working Student in Partnerships Operations (f/m/d)**, you will improve our partnerships performance and operational excellence by contributing to strategic projects and support day to day business related to Parloa's Partner Program.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Assist in building and enhancing our internal partnerships processes.
- Ensure Partnership process documentation is organised and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Track and monitor our central Partnerships' KPIs.
- Manage and support adhoc requests from the team.
- Create, improve and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to continuously provide insights and ensure datadriven decisions making.
- Support the decision making process and implementation of Partner specific tools.
Our Partnerships Tech-stack:
Salesforce, Slack, Notion, GSuite
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Currently enrolled in a university in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics or related field.
- Able to join us for 20 hours per week for at least 8 months.
- Ability to work onsite at our Berlin office at least once a week.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Analytical skills and mindset.
- Proficiency with GSheet or Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Process Documentation.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Experience in SaaS or fastpace dynamic experience.
- Experience in Partnerships, Strategy or Consulting.
- German is a plus.
