Als HR Manager führst du Bewerbungsgespräche,organisierst Bewerbungsverfahren um neue Mitarbeiter zu werben, bist Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und kümmerst dich um die Weiterbildung innerhalb des Unternehmens. Zu den täglichen Aufgaben gehört die Pflege von Personalakten, das Schreiben von Arbeitszeugnissen und die Planung von Personal.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgabe
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting Prozess, von der Personalauswahl, bis zur Mitarbeit an der Vertragserstellung und dem Onboarding am ersten Arbeitstag
- Du begleitest den gesamten Lebenszyklus unserer Mitarbeiter von Einstellung und Einarbeitung über das Vertragsmanagement, der Bezahlung bis hin zur Weiterbildung
- Dabei bist du immer der erste Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter und unterstützt sie in allen HR-Fragen
- Du findest die besten Kandidaten über unterschiedliche Kanäle und begeistert diese für unser Unternehmen
- Du planst mit den jeweiligen Teamleitern unsere Personalstrategie
- Du hilfst unserem Unternehmen weiter zu wachsen und skalierbar zu bleiben

Qualifikation

- Du bist immatrikulierter Student
- Als proaktive Persönlichkeit mit hands-on Mentalität bringst Du

Leidenschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für den HR-Bereich und Talent Acquisition mit
- Dir macht es Spaß, Dinge ganz neu aufzubauen und nachhaltige Prozesse, Strukturen und Tools zu implementieren
- Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
