**Wir suchen ab sofort eine**/n Field Medical Advisor Rare GI (m/w/d),** **Deutschland**.**

Als Field Medical Adviser (FMA) im Bereich Medical Affairs Gastroenterology der deutschen Takeda Vertriebsorganisation sind sie unter der Leitung des Vorgesetzten zuständig für zwei Arbeitsbereiche
- KOL Engagement - face to face oder virtuell.
- Projekt-bezogene Arbeit

**Gebiet: Ganz Deutschland.**

Durch die feldbezogene Arbeit werden systematisch die Bedürfnisse des Marktes / der KOLs und anderer Interessengruppen in der Patientenversorgung erhoben, berufliche Beziehungen aufgebaut und dies dann unter anderem in bedarfsgerechte Projekte übersetzt. Das Ganze erfolgt aligned an die strategische Ausrichtung der Medical Affairs Pläne und in cross-funktionaler Arbeit.

Führt relevante OCE-Taktiken aus dem Brandplan aus, personalisiert den Umgang mit HCPs/Kunden und überprüft regelmäßig Daten und passt Interaktionen an, um wirkungsvolle Kundenerlebnisse zu liefern.

**_ Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:_**

**_ Key Opinion Leader Engagement _**
- Strategische und abgestimmte Planung des externe Expertenengagement im Therapiebereich; Identifikation externer Experten sowie Aufbau und Pflege professioneller Arbeitsbeziehungen mit diesen, Einbindung externer Experten in medizinische Aktivitäten
- Profunde Kenntnis des Therapiegebietes und der Therapieoptionen (Produktkenntnisse der eigenen wie auch der Konkurrenzprodukte) um von KOL anerkannt und wissenschaftlich kompetent diskutieren zu können
- Kontinuierliches Einholen strategisch relevanter wissenschaftlicher Informationen, um die medizinische und wissenschaftliche Strategie zu unterstützen und Teilen dieser in angemessener Weise mit den cross-funktionalen Teams um somit strategischen Input für potentielle Projekte zu geben
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungen zu Krankheitsbildern, Unmet Needs und neuen Entwicklungen im Indikationsgebiet für interne crossfunktionale Funktionen
- Identifizierung potentieller Studienzentren und auch Beantwortung unaufgeforderter Anfragen von HCPs für IISRs
- Kommunikation im Namen des Patientenservice, enge Zusammenarbeit und Need-Assessments
- Einsatz von verschiedenen aufeinander abgestimmten digitalen Tools, um medizinisch-wissenschaftliche Strategie und Bedürfnisse der externen Stakeholder zu adressieren. Zu dem OCE-Einsatz (Omni-Channel-Engagement) zählen auch die folgenden Fähigkeiten:

- Zeigt ein umfassendes Verständnis von Omni-Channel-Engagement, einschließlich aller verfügbaren Kanäle und deren Integration in die Customer Journey
- Konzeption und Durchführung von Customer Journeys unter Nutzung eines Mixes aus verschiedensten OCE-Taktiken und Kanälen zur Entwicklung und Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen zu medizinischen Fachkräften aller Ebenen
- Verstehen und Erfassen der geeigneten Kundenkanäle und Kommunikationspräferenzen, für ein optimales Customer Engagement und ein personalisiertes Kundenerlebnis (richtiger Inhalt, richtiger Kanal, zum richtigen Zeitpunkt)

**_ Projektbezogene Arbeit _**
- _Mit dem Vorgesetzten abgesprochene und an den Medical Plan abgestimmte Projekte können unter anderem folgendes umfassen:_
- _ Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Moderation von Advisory Boards inklusive Selektion der geeigneten Experten _
- _Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von spezifischen FtF und/oder web-based Fortbildungsformaten _
- _Mitarbeit an der Erstellung und Umsetzung der Medical Pläne_
- _ Pharma-konforme und compliant Materialerstellung bzw. Review von promotionellem Material_
- _ Unterstützung im Bereich von Studienaktivitäten (klinische Studien bis zur RWE Erhebung)_
- _ Erfassung und Identifizierung von spezifischen Informationen rund um neue bzw. zukünftige Therapiegebiete (Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Mapping, relevante Netzwerke, Gesellschaften, Patientenvertretungsgruppen und anderen Interessengruppen)_

**_ Das bringen Sie mit:_**

**Ausbildung / Berufserfahrung**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Medizin oder in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
(vorzugsweise mit Promotion)
- Verfügt über Erfahrungen in effektiven und einflussreichen mündlichen Präsentationen im Gesundheitswesen sowohl persönlich als auch mittels neuer virtueller Formate
- Berufserfahrung als Medical Science Liaison oder in einer Position innerhalb von Medical Affairs, im Bereich klinischer Studien oder medizinischer Forschung
- Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einer Cross-funktionalen Umgebung und/oder Matrix
- Hohes Maß an Agilität ebenso wie an Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
