Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiters (m/w/d) der dritten Qualifikationsebene für die Anwendungsbetreuung und Administration der elektronischen Aktezu besetzen.
Das Referat 15 ist Treiber der Digitalisierung, die es ermöglicht, schnell, komfortabel und effizient zu kommunizieren. Zentraler Baustein der Digitalisierung ist die elektronische Akte. Sie ersetzt schon heute bei uns die angestaubte Papierakte, wird fortlaufend weiterentwickelt, an den Stand der Technik angepasst und bietet immer wieder neue Herausforderungen. Zu diesen gehören u.a. das mobile Arbeiten, die Integration von Fachanwendungen, Barrierefreiheit und Aussonderung.
Die Koordination dieser Aufgabe erfolgt im Ministerium auch für seine 23 nachgeordneten Behörden (Geschäftsbereich) mit mehr als 5.000 Anwenderinnen und Anwendern. Hierfür wird das Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) VIS der Firma PDV eingesetzt.
Das Bayerische Staatsministerium für Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz sucht Sie, wenn Sie
- bereit sind für die Arbeit in einem interessanten, vielseitigen und herausfordernden Aufgabengebiet,

- alle Themenbereiche, die in Zusammenhang mit Nutzung und Administration der elektronischen Aktenführung für das Ministerium und dessen Geschäftsbereich (über 30 produktive Behördenmandanten, Schulungs- und Testmandanten) stehen
- Ansprechperson für Benutzerservice und Fachabteilungen in Bezug auf Fragen zur Nutzung der elektronischen Akte (VIS) im Ministerium
- Problemanalyse und Erstellung von Anleitungen; Behebung von Störungen und Problemen in Bezug auf die elektronische Akte (VIS) und Posteingangsscannen (VIS-Scan), ggf. gemeinsam mit dem Hersteller und dem zentralen Rechenzentrum (IT-DLZ)
- Test neuer Releases, Hotfixes und Plattformen; Erstellung von Testberichten und Beschreibungen; Vorbereitung der Einführung neuer Produkte in Bezug auf die elektronische Akte
- Durchführung von Schulungen für Einsteigerinnen und Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene sowie aufgabenbezogene Workshops zur elektronischen Akte
- Sie haben folgenden Hintergrund:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor, Diplom [FH]), möglichst mit IT-Bezug bzw. im Verwaltungsbereich, oder
- eine einschlägige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und entsprechende herausgehobene, langjährige berufliche Tätigkeit oder
- als Beamtin / Beamter (m/w/d) die Qualifikation für Ämter der dritten Qualifikationsebene in den Fachlaufbahnen Naturwissenschaft und Technik oder Verwaltung und Finanzen
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Kenntnisse der Verwaltungspraxis, idealerweise aus dem öffentlichen Dienst
- gewünscht sind außerdem sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Anwendungen (v.a. Word, Excel, Outlook) und in der Erstellung von Vorlagen
- von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse eines Dokumentenmanagementsystems, idealerweise zum Produkt VIS der Firma PDV
- bei (seltenen) größeren technischen Arbeiten (z.B. Einführung neuer Programmversionen, Migrationsarbeiten) stehen Sie auch außerhalb der regulären Bürozeiten ggf. über Homeoffice zur Verfügung
- Sie verfügen über Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, effizientes Zeitmanagement und Flexibilität sowie die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen, lösungsorientierten Arbeiten und Sie zeichnen sich durch sicheres Auftreten und gewandte Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift aus

Es handelt sich um eine Vollzeitstelle. Die Stelle ist teilzeitfähig, sofern durch Jobsharing die ganztägige Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben gesichert ist.
Die Besoldung der Beamtinnen / Beamten (m/w/d) erfolgt nach den beamtenrechtlichen Bestimmungen. Die Beschäftigung von Arbeitnehmerinnen / Arbeitnehmern (m/w/d) erfolgt auf der Grundlage des Tarifvertrages für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (TV-L). Dienstort ist München im Staatsministerium für Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz. Das Ministerium ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
