Tätigkeitsbereich
- Sie sind für die Bearbeitung sowie technische Prüfung von Kundenreklamationen verantwortlich
- Hierfür analysieren Sie die Ausfall
- und Problemursachen der reklamierten KFZ-Teile und dokumentieren diese in Reklamationsberichten inkl. Foto
- und Videodokumentation
- Unter Verwendung von diversen Messmitteln gleichen Sie Daten und Maße an Reklamations
- und Lagerbestandsteilen ab und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ein
- Sie bewerten technische Berichte von unseren Lieferanten und prüfen Folgekostenrechnungen auf Plausibilität sowie Richtigkeit
- Sie arbeiten eng mit angrenzenden Bereichen zusammen, wie z.B. CPTs, Logistik, Vertrieb und bgE
**Skills**:
- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene KFZ-technische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum KFZ-Meister und haben fundierte Berufserfahrungen in einer KFZ-Werkstatt gesammelt
- Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse für die Verfassung von englischen Berichten und bringen bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Mess
- und Prüftechnik mit
- Neben einem ausgeprägten Servicegedanken besitzen Sie eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und haben Lust auf die Arbeit im Team
