We are currently looking to fill a freelance position for our client, a global company in the FMCG industry:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact for IT queries related to projects and ensure projects are completed as planned
- Manage projects from start to finish, including assessing feasibility, planning, and execution, while adhering to milestones and exit criteria
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to validate project scope, work with Scrum teams on configuration tasks, and ensure timely commencement of internal testing
- Develop and review project documentation such as epics, test plans, and UVT scope, to ensure alignment with market needs
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders through daily UVT calls, hypercare status calls, and participation in Scrum meetings and retrospectives
- Provide comprehensive reports to management, giving insight into the progress of ongoing launches and product portfolios by market
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in end-to-end projects across the project lifecycle, from feasibility assessment to completion
- Familiarity with digital project management tools like Confluence & JIRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Preferably, hold a project management certification
- Proven experience working in an agile environment
- Participation in Scrum calls, retrospectives, and other project-related ceremonies with internal stakeholders and markets

- Location: Remote with 2 days in London
