**Das erwartet dich**:

- Als Head of Design (m/w/d) bist du für die Leitung und Entwicklung von Marken-/Designstrategien sowie die Gestaltung von Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Markenerlebnissen bei Motel a Miio verantwortlich. Du wirst eng mit dem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten, um die Vision des Unternehmens durch kreatives Design zu unterstützen und zu verwirklichen.- Du entwickelst umfassende Marken
- und Designstrategien, welche die Unternehmensziele und -werte widerspiegeln
- Du führst ein aktuell 9-köpfiges und zukünftig wachsendes Designteam, einschließlich Grafik-Designer, UX/UI-Designer, Produktgestalter, Fotografen und Social Media Team
- Du berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung über Fortschritte, Herausforderungen und Empfehlungen im Bereich Marke und Design
- Du stellst die Konsistenz des Markenerlebnisses über alle Design-Touchpoints hinweg sicher - von digitalen über physische Produkte, Verpackungen und Marketingmaterialien
- Du förderst eine kreative und innovationsfreudige Arbeitskultur in den Teams
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen einschließlich Produktentwicklung und Marketing zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Marke und Design die Geschäftsziele unterstützen
- Du leitest anspruchsvolle Designprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung, wobei Budgets, Zeitpläne und Ressourcen effektiv verwaltet werden
- Du beobachtest Designtrends und -technologien und treibst eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Fähigkeiten und Kenntnissen im Designteam aktiv voran

**Das bringst du idealerweise mit**:

- Du hast ein Studium in Design, Grafik-Design, Produktdesign oder einem verwandten Bereich absolviert
- Deine Erfahrung und Erfolge in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Design, idealerweise in einem designorientierten und digital geprägten Unternehmen oder Branche, sprechen für sich
- Dein umfassendes Verständnis für Designprinzipien, UX/UI-Best Practices und aktuelle Designtrends, zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist eine empathische Führungskraft mit der Kompetenz, ein Team zu motivieren, zu leiten und zu entwickeln
- Du besitzt starke Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um Ideen und Konzepte sowohl intern als auch extern zu vermitteln
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Entscheidungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit ambitionierten (internationalen) Wachstumsplänen zu treffen
