About the role
Deutsche Bank is renewing its focus on Customer Experience by expanding its Corporate Bank product design team.

Corporate Bank is a technology-centric business, with an increasing client appetite for real-time processing, integrated systems and access to supporting data.


Deutsche Bank is one of the few banks with the scale and network to compete aggressively in this space, with a breadth of investment in this area unmatched by our peers.

Joining the team is a unique opportunity to help re-design the core of some mission critical processing systems from the ground up.

Corporate Bank covers a broad portfolio of Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services, supported through 'horizontally' aligned teams such as Client Connectivity, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, Surveillance & Regulatory, and Risk & Control.


We are looking for a senior product designer to join one of these horizontally aligned teams to support Corporate Bank's portfolio by bringing a laser focus on customer-centricity.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a design through the discovery, design, development and delivery processes as part of the design team
  • Be able to support and/or facilitate workshop/walkthrough sessions using Design Sprint and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Produce interactive prototypes in Figma or Axure for user testing and demonstrations
  • Able to design to iOS, Android, responsive web and WCAG 2.1 AA standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional working experience
  • A broad and comprehensive knowledge of user experience and user interface design

  • Expert at designing and prototyping in Figma
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional working experience
  • A broad and comprehensive knowledge in user experience and user interface design

  • Previous experience in designing complicated enterpriselevel workflows
