a passionate Senior Product Designer. This role will play a pivotal role in growing an end-to-end platform meticulously designed for fund managers, investors, and founders.

  • Leading the way in designing our product experience and customer journey from inception.
  • Imagining the milestones that take us where we're headed by coming up with fresh, creative product ideas that match our strategy.
  • Working crossfunctionally to solve customer problems and make decisions, playing a key role in shaping us into a productled company in line with our bigpicture goals.

Top responsibilities:

  • Design new 01 products, improve and expand new products, and execute tactical deliverables.
  • Create output ranging from mockup prototypes for quick user tests to highfidelity UX designs to be built together with the engineering team.
  • Collaborate on the establishment of a productoriented company and produce concepts that communicate the vision and strategy of our product.
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand the main customer problems and translate them into solutions that keep us on track to achieve our vision.
  • Be prepared to absorb and facilitate multiple sources of feedback, explore multiple hypotheses and drive the decisionmaking process to define and derisk new product experiences.

What you should bring with you:

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in product design, showcasing a proven history of success.
  • Proficiency in user interface and microinteraction design.
  • Meticulous attention to visual details.
  • Outstanding design speed: adeptness and willingness to generate multiple concepts rapidly.
  • A profound curiosity to understand our customers' challenges to craft elegant yet practical solutions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to create compelling visual narratives.
  • Expertise in collaborating across disciplines to drive product innovation.
  • Capacity to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
