In deiner Rolle als Sales Assistant bist du eine Schlüsselfigur in der Unterstützung unseres dynamischen Vertriebsteams, das sich auf unsere größten Kunden im Gesundheitssektor, insbesondere die großen Krankenkassen, konzentriert. Dabei übernimmst nicht nur die Koordination von Terminen, sondern bist auch maßgeblich an der Erstellung kundenspezifischer Angebote beteiligt. Zusätzlich sorgst du dafür, dass die Anforderungen präzise aufgenommen und in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen optimal umgesetzt werden.
Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Verwaltung und Qualitätssicherung der Kundendaten im CRM als Key-User
- Aufbereiten und Bereitstellen von Informationen mit Tools wie Microsoft Teams, SharePoint und Confluence
- Erstellen von Reports und Überwachung von Kennzahlen mit PowerBI
- Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und Angebotserstellungen, wobei du die Anforderungen klärst und die strukturierte Bearbeitung durch das Team sicherstellst
Profil
- Akademische oder berufliche Qualifikation in einer relevanten Fachrichtung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der IT-Branche oder im Gesundheitssektor
- Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen, idealerweise Dynamics CRM, und ein sicherer Umgang im MS-Office Paket
- Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien wie Künstliche Intelligenz einzuarbeiten und ständig dazuzulernen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
