- Co-founded by WWF and The Boston Consulting Group, OpenSC is on a mission to revolutionize the way we buy and produce products by providing data on transparency and traceability for supply chains.
- We deliver social and environmental impact by providing supply chain transparency that empowers brands to know, influence, and prove (to third parties) the sustainability of their supply chain practices.
- This is achieved through the OpenSC platform, which leverages AI, Blockchain and Remote Sensing technologies to enable automated ingestion, analysis, and sharing of a supply chain's data.
- **Perform data analysis on progress of farmers on their regenerative practices.
- Economic profile: support the analytical component and generate analysis.
- Agronomic profile: support data interpretation and generation of insights, preparation of reports for farmers to track their progress in regenerative practices.
** - Project management e.g. Monitoring of progress of farmer onboarding and consolidating farmer feedback.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and effectively communicate project milestones.
- Work closely with the Data team to perform quality control of Data.
- Maintain Databases E.g Product and Land Ingredients Database and Rainforest Alliance requirements.
- Conduct strategic assessments e.g. competitor landscape.
- Masters Degree in Agriculture, Economics or any other relevant field.
- Strong alignment with OpenSC's vision and a desire to have positive impact on the world.
- Interested in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture, certification, sustainability and/or human rights.
- Strong project management skills - ideally experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and precise communication.
- A Strategic and critical thinker.
- Excellent Problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong storytelling skills and confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach.
