Project Management Officer (M/W/D)

So sieht Ihr Profil aus:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d), oder idealerweise ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit den Schwerpunkten Wirtschaftsprüfung/Accounting, Finance oder Steuerrecht
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Sorgfältigkeit
  • Darüber hinaus erleichtert Ihre aufgeschlossene Art Ihnen die Kommunikation in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
  • Kenntnisse MS-Office


Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler steuerlicher Vorschriften
  • Anpassung interner Prozesse zur Gewährleistung steuerlicher Compliance
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Transfer Pricing-Strategien

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Intercompany-Verträgen.

  • Durchführung und steuerrechtliche Beurteilung grenzüberschreitender Sachverhalte

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern

  • Unterstützung bei internationalen Markteintritten

  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

  • Kooperation mit externen Prüfern und Beratern

  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Konzernrichtlinien

  • Abstimmung von Intercompany-Salden

  • Planung und Durchführung von Projekten

  • Terminkoordination für die Geschäftsführung Finanzen & Verwaltung.

  • Protokollführung bei Terminen und Sitzungen

  • Übernahme der E-Mail-Korrespondenz der Geschäftsführung

  • Aufdecken von Optimierungspotenzialen und Sicherstellung der Kommunikation in Projekten
