Aufgaben
Als Student (w/m/d) Marketing Events unterstützt du unser Marketing-und-Kommunikations-Team bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen. Du wirkst bei der Vorbereitung der Veranstaltungsunterlagen mit und stehst in intensivem Kontakt mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen. Aufbereitung und Darstellung von Daten mithilfe von Excel, Word und PowerPoint gehören ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Pflege der Datenbank und diverse Internetrecherchen.
DEINE KOLLEG:INNENDu bist Teil des achtköpfigen Event-Teams und arbeitest auch standortübergreifend eng mit anderen Kolleg:innen der Marketing-und-Kommunikations-Abteilung an den Standorten Düsseldorf, München, Wien und Zürich zusammen. Das Team besteht aus den unterschiedlichsten Profilen, welche einander perfekt ergänzen und somit den Veranstaltungsbereich bestmöglich vorantreiben. Deine Managerin wird dir bei der Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung im Unternehmen als Unterstützung zur Seite stehen. Außerdem kannst du jederzeit auf die Erfahrung deiner Kolleg:innen zurückgreifen.

DEINE EIGENSCHAFTEN
- Du hast Spaß an der Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen.
- Du überzeugst mit einer strukturierten, selbständigen und dienstleistungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist zuverlässig, übernimmst Verantwortung und arbeitest gern kreativ.
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit.
- Im Umgang mit Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen trittst du stets freundlich und respektvoll auf.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, bist flexibel und zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
- Herausforderungen stehst du offen gegenüber und in digitale Kollaborationstools (Slack, Trello, Miro, Zoom) arbeitest du dich schnell ein.
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in (idealerweise der Fachrichtungen Medien-, Kommunikations- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften) in Vollzeit und ab sofort verfügbar.
- Du bist noch mindestens 2 Jahre immatrikuliert.
- Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über erste praktische Erfahrung im Marketing oder Eventmanagement.
- Das MS-Office-Paket (vor allem PowerPoint und Excel) beherrschst du sicher.
- Exzellente Kenntnisse in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
