Aufgaben
"Capex & Facilities" Procurement bei der Beiersdorf Gruppe ist ein internationales Team von globalen und regionalen Category Managern, die die Kategorien Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Machines, Facility Management, Facility Services und Energy Supply abdecken. Dieses Team ist für die Unterstützung der Investitionsbeschaffung für unser globales Portfolio von Produktionszentren, Labors, Technologiezentren, Vertriebszentren, Managementeinheiten und Einrichtungen in 150 Tochtergesellschaften rund um den Globus verantwortlich. Unser Unternehmen hat mit hohen Investitionsvolumina und Nachfrageportfolios zu tun, bei denen strategische Beschaffungs-, Projektmanagement- und Vertragsmanagementfähigkeiten erforderlich sind. Für dieses Team suchen wir derzeit eine Unterstützung in Teilzeit in der Rolle als Werkstudent.
Typische Aufgaben im Rahmen der Tätigkeit sind z.B.:
- Zusammen mit dem Beschaffungsmanagement: Entwicklung von globalen Standards, Arbeitsweisen, Werkzeugen und Erfahrungen für das Vertrags- und Schadensmanagement
- Unterstützung des Vertragsmanagements: Schaffung von Vertragstransparenz, Überprüfung der vertragsgemäßen Leistungen, Zeit und Kosten, Entwicklung von Leitlinien für die Beschaffung und die Bedarfsträger vor Ort
- Unterstützung bei Änderungsaufträgen und Nachtragsmanagement: Entwicklung und Implementierung von Standards für die offizielle Korrespondenz mit dem Auftragnehmer (Mängel-/Behinderungs-/Beschwerdemeldung), Beratung bei der Überwachung, Dokumentation, Bewertung und Verhandlung von Änderungen in Bezug auf Umfang, Kosten und Zeit, Dokumentation und Abwehr von Mängelansprüchen für alle Parteien
- Funktionsübergreifende und internationale Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Partnern in der Supply Chain hinsichtlich Bedarfsplanung, Vertragsmanagement, Claim Management, Lieferantenmanagement
- Unterstützung der Beschaffung bei Marktrecherche, Ausschreibungsverfahren, Evaluierungen, Lieferantenbewertungen, Vertragsabschlüssen
- Arbeit mit den für die Beschaffung relevanten IT-Systemen (SAP, SRM, Ariba, SAP BW)
Hierfür ist eine Unterstützung in Teilzeit mit durchschnittlich 15-20 Stunden pro Woche über einen Zeitraum von einem Jahr erforderlich. Flexibilität bei der Vereinbarkeit von Studium und Beruf ist möglich und zu besprechen.
Profil
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, nationales / internationales Baurecht o.ä., idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Ingenieur- und Bauwesen der Industrie
- Regelmäßige Einschreibung an der Universität während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit
- Von Vorteil wären erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten in den Bereichen Recht, Technik, Bau oder Beschaffung
- Interesse an der Lieferkette im Ingenieur- und Bauwesen
- Geschickter und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zur Analyse komplexer Themen und Prozesse, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
