Computer Scientist / ITSM Process Manager - Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management
Full-time

We are looking for a Computer Scientist/ITSM Process Manager who is passionate about their job and fits in with our culture and team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and knowledge management. Additionally, you will handle project management tasks such as working on projects, developing concepts, and implementing specifications.
You will also play a crucial role as a Group-wide interface to key performers in both IT and non-IT areas.

To qualify for this position, you should have a degree in computer science or a related field, along with ITIL certification (Foundation). You must have several years of experience in first and second level support, IT operations, and IT operational quality.

As a process manager focusing on incident, problem, and knowledge management, you will be in charge of establishing and evolving IT service management processes. Your responsibilities include driving IT service processes forward to align with current and future business objectives. You will also be responsible for communicating future-oriented process architecture standards to management.
