Description:
Are you passionate about IT processes and project management? Then this role might be a perfect fit for you at enercity as an ITSM Process Manager. We are looking for someone to manage, monitor, and optimize ITSM processes, focusing on change and release management. Your role will involve creating concepts for process alignment, project management, report evaluation, and cross-functional consulting. If you have a degree in computer science, ITIL certification, project management experience, and a strong problem-solving ability, we want you in our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor, and optimize ITSM processes
- Create concepts for process alignment
- Project management and coordination
- Evaluate reports and key figures
- Provide cross-functional consulting
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in computer science or equivalent, ITIL certification, project management experience, and a strong problem-solving ability. You should also have several years of expertise in ITSM and ITIL processes, be a strong communicator, reliable, and customer-oriented.
