Administrative Assistant (M/F/d) KAESER France

Your tasks:

  • Manage the invoicing of the interventions of your sector
  • Follow the collection files (Disputes, unpaid...)
  • Follow the stocks of the equipment of the itinerant technicians
  • Creation / monitoring of maintenance contracts
  • Manage requests for documentation from our customers and partners (Technical documentation

Your Profile:

  • Proficiency in SAP software
  • Mastery of the pack Office
  • Oral and writing fluency
  • Sense of service and customer satisfaction
  • Positive state of mind with a proven ability to organize
  • Good ability to adapt to a new environment and new tools
  • Good degree of autonomy
  • Professional Englich & French desired
