Was tragen Sie bei?

  • In Ihrer neuen Rolle übernehmen Sie die kfm. Abwicklung vom Angebot bis zur Auslieferung von Projekten innerhalb der Produktfamilien (z. B. High-Speed oder Regionalfahrzeuge für den nationalen / internationalen Markt) und sorgen somit für die Einhaltung von Qualität, Termin und Budget.
  • Sie koordinieren die internen und externen Schnittstellen (z. B. Fertigung und Vertrieb) und führen fachlich gemeinsam mit der techn. Auftragsprojektleitung das interdisziplinäre Projektteam.
  • Die Projektaufgaben (z. B. Änderungsmanagement, Chancen-Risiken-Management, Fakturierung, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten) führen Sie gemäß durch.
  • Sie übernehmen die Mitkalkulation, das regelmäßige Projektcontrolling und berichten kontinuierlich über den Projektfortschritt inkl. Abweichungsanalyse.
  • Darüber hinaus erstellen Sie Angebote auf vertriebliche Anfragen.

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer anderen kaufmännischen Richtung.
  • Außerdem konnten Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Schienenfahrzeugbranche sammeln.
  • Alternativ können Sie eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Projektmanagement nachweisen.
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse in betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und Zusammenhängen, idealerweise auch für Werksprozesse (Werteflüsse) mit.
  • Ebenso zeichnen Sie Ihre guten Kenntnisse im Controlling sowie Erfahrungen in der Aggregation und im Reporting von kaufmännischen Key Figures im Rahmen interner Planungen (Budget / Forecast / Monatsabschluss) aus.
  • Eine selbständige, zielorientierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie fließende Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse und ein sicherer Umgang mit SAP (insb. SAP-Werteflüsse) und MS-Office runden Ihr Profil ab.
