Your role

  • Are you a strategic and creative thinker, able to understand clients' needs and convert them into commercial opportunities? Would you consider yourself a good communicator with a strong ability to influence and gain trust? We're looking for someone to:
  • to work in our Frankfurt offices and cover our European clients across Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Nordics, with a particular focus on originating new business in Germany, the Nordics, France & Southern Europe
- manage client relationships and build new relationships across our EU franchise
- keep abreast of market developments and product(s), and integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for clients
- develop client relationships, seeking to grow our existing client base and upsell our offering to new prospective clients with support of the wider team
- develop client relationships and present our electronic execution systems to clients
- understand our Hedge Fund clients' needs and requirements
- work closely with the sales distribution and execution sales teams- build E-trading franchise for Futures business

  • Provide firstclass client service, with responsibility for providing support for all aspects of each client's specific needs, with the goal of making UBS the firm of choice with which to do business

  • UBS ICS Execution & Clearing (E&C) is a business within the Global Markets construct in the Investment Bank and offers clients market leading solutions across Futures and OTC Clearing, Voice and Electronic Execution.
  • Our Futures franchise in particular is a wellestablished, long term top tier business, consistently holding a top three position in Europe and we're looking to further strengthen our footprint in response to growing client demand and strength of our product.

Your expertise

  • You have:
- an experience of markets, predominantly in ETD Clearing and a strong client facing track record

  • Knowledge of futures markets across fixed income, equities, commodities and FX
- demonstrable experience working with a variety of stakeholders
- strong listening skills and are able to identify opportunities
