Your tasks:

  • Organizational Development: Build an operating system that enables us to achieve our ambitious growth goals. We expect to grow continuously over the next few years. You will be the key driver in setting us up for success regarding our organizational structure.
  • Strategic Vision: Proven ability to align HR strategies with growth goals.
  • Recruiting: Ensure that we hire AAA players across our multiple offices.
  • Culture & Retention: Develop a high-performing culture where people learn and grow, and where high-performers love to stay long-term.
  • Processes: Establish fast and efficient HR processes throughout the organization.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations across all markets.
  • Oversee Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and efficient payroll management.
  • People Development & Performance Management: Enable the fast-growing team to develop into AAA players and ensure career development opportunities, while also establishing processes and learning methods for performance management.
  • Employer Branding: Expertise in developing and promoting a strong employer brand.
