**Brand Strategy Director (m/w/d)**

Design Bridge and Partners Germany hieß bis vor kurzem noch Superunion. Wir haben uns mit Design Bridge zu einer neuen global agierenden Designagentur zusammengeschlossen.

**Deine Aufgabe bei uns**
- Führung von Strategieprojekten über das gesamte Spektrum - Entwicklung von Markenstrategien: Positionierung, Naming, Markenarchitektur etc.
- Analyse von Markt und Trends, Durchführung und Auswertung von Primärforschung.
- Entwicklung von kreativen Ideen und Briefings, die Marken und Unternehmen positiv verändern.
- Verwirklichung unserer Unternehmensphilosophie innerhalb der Agentur und bei unseren Kunden.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Designern und Kundenberatern, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Ergebnisse stets erstklassig sind.
- Strategische Unterstützung des New Business Teams zur Akquise von Neugeschäft
- Führung, Motivation und Mentoring von juniorigeren Mitgliedern des Strategie-Teams.
- Teilen Deiner Gedanken und Fachwissen in Whitepapers, Presseartikeln und im Superunion-Blog.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Mindestens 6 Jahre umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Kommunikationsindustrie (Branding-, Werbe-, PR- oder Digital-Agentur) oder strategischen Unternehmensberatung.
- Studium der Gesellschafts
- und Wirtschaftskommunikation, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Soziologie, BWL oder VWL oder vergleichbar.
- Umfassende Kenntnis über sämtliche Themen und Tools der strategischen Markenführung sowie Verständnis für die damit verbundenen Disziplinen.
- Mindestens Englisch fließend, zweite Fremdsprache wünschenswert.

- Du kannst strategische Probleme lösen, auch wenn der Druck steigt.
- Du verfügst über die Fähigkeit Kunden aufzubauen, zu begeistern und zu pflegen.
- Du findest es spannend und nicht einschüchternd, strategische Themen vor seniorigen Kunden zu präsentieren und diese mit ihnen zu diskutieren.
- Du führst juniorige Teammitglieder motivierend und kooperativ.
- Du kannst hervorragend mit Worten umgehen - in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Motivation und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Netzwerk
