**Wen suchen wir?**:
Für unser hauptamtliches Team der JOBLINGE gAG MRN** **an unseren Standorten** in Ludwigshafen/Mannheim** suchen wir **ab sofort** eine*n **working student Std./Woche) (m/w/divers).**

**Was sind deine Aufgaben?**:
...Du arbeitest mit Jugendlichen und koordinierst ein ehrenamtliches Team.
...Du begleitest das Team bei zielgruppenorientierter Ansprache in Mannheim, Ludwigshafen und dem Rhein-Neckar-Kreis.
...Du unterstützt im Netzwerkausbau (Sportvereine, Jugendhäuser, Wohngruppen).
...Du erstellst Statistiken (z. B. zur Teilnehmendenstruktur, zum Ansprachenerfolg).

**Was du mitbringen solltest**:
...Du befindest dich in einem Studium und möchtest Praxiserfahrung in einer innovativen bundesweiten gemeinnützigen Initiative sammeln.
...Du verfügst über hohe Eigenmotivation, eine präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen.
...Du hast ein Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
...Du bist kommunikativ und scheust dich nicht, Jugendliche über Straßenpromotion für das Thema Ausbildung zu begeistern.
...Du bist zeitlich für mindestens ein Jahr (gerne länger) regelmäßig an mehreren Tagen pro Woche (flexibel nach Absprache) verfügbar.
