ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Event Coordination vor Ort in Mannheim wirst Du zuständig sein für die:

  • Koordinierung und Verwaltung des Event Personals vor Ort; Sicherstellung, dass jedes Personalmitglied in seinen Aufgaben ausgebildet ist, sei es bei der Validierung von Tickets, oder der Sicherstellung, dass alle Mitarbeiter die Fever-Richtlinien durchlaufen
  • Bestandsaufnahme: Verwaltung und Kontrolle aller verwendeten Geräte bei der Veranstaltung (PDAs, Computer, POS, Fever Partners App)
  • Steuerung des Personenflusses im gesamten Veranstaltungsbereich zur Vermeidung von Engpässen, Überfüllung und Kontrolle der Warteschlangen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden vor Ort, Bereitstellung geeigneter Lösungen und Alternativen innerhalb der vorgegebenen Fristen
  • Die Extrameile gehen, um die Kunden zu engagieren
  • Tägliche Berichterstattung an die Fever-Manager über den Stand der Veranstaltung, einschließlich der Ergebnisse und Rückmeldungen vor und nach der Veranstaltung, Vorfälle vor Ort usw.
  • Kommunikation zwischen Partner/Produktion/Vor-Ort-Personal und Fever. Der Onsite-Koordinator repräsentiert unser Unternehmen vor Ort und sollte alles wissen, was mit unserer Kultur, Marke und unseren Grundsätzen zu tun hat

  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch Muttersprache, Englisch fließend
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Zeitmanagement sind Key
  • Ein Problemlöser mit der Fähigkeit, strategisch und effizient zu denken, wenn er mit Problemen vor Ort konfrontiert wird
  • Bereitschaft, aus Fehlern zu lernen und Feedback zu geben, wie die Erfahrungen verbessert werden können
  • Kooperativer Denkansatz und die Bereitschaft, sich die Hände schmutzig zu machen und an allen erforderlichen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Veranstaltung zu arbeiten
