Tender Specialist (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Main contact person for processing and coordinating health insurance tenders (internal/external)
- Responsible project management of the entire tender process for Open House tenders and exclusive tenders (e.g. requesting and formally reviewing tender documents for completeness according to the description in the publication, evaluating product impact and business relevance of the process, and preparing decision templates for Jenapharm, the Growth Units, and the Value Unit)
- Processing tender documents and timely dispatch to health insurance companies
- Responsible for daily monitoring in tenders electronic daily (TED) and maintaining the discount contract database
- Closely and timely coordinate with all departments involved in the tender process (especially Jenapharm, Market Access Pricing, Legal, Controlling, Commercial Agreements & Trade Incentives, Supply Chain, and the Growth and Value Units), as well as early involvement of subcontractors

- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, health economics, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the field of health insurance tenders
- Contract management/Open House contracts/discount contracts
- Proficient in Excel and ideally experience with tender and contract databases (e.g. Cosinex)
- Good understanding of the German healthcare system and social law, as well as detailed knowledge of national and especially regional health policies
- Strong numerical understanding, precise work manner, and high analytical skills
- High customer orientation, flexibility, great commitment with a proactive work style and curiosity
- Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing
