Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Specialist to join our team. As a Tender Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the tender process for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the tender process for pharmaceutical products, including preparation and submission of tender documents
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry
- Develop and implement strategies to improve tender outcomes and increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on tender management and coordination
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
