- Verantwortlich für die Neuakquisition relevanter Zielkunden der wesentlichen Segmente der Hotels und Geschäftsbereiche
- Verantwortlich für die intensive Weiterentwicklung (Umsatzausweitung) der Bestandskunden
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von speziellen Vertragsmodellen zur Bindung und optimalen Potentialausschöpfung
- Verantwortlich für die Verarbeitung der Kennzahlen der Kunden, dem regelmäßigen Informationsaustausch mit dem Kunden und das Einleiten von entsprechenden Maßnahmen
- Förderung des Bekanntheitsgrades der Hotels
- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb
- Teilnahme an relevanten Messen, Produktpräsentationen etc.
- Mitbestimmung bei der Auswahl und der Einstellung von Verkaufsmitarbeitern*innen
- Verantwortlich für die Leistungs
- und Ergebniskontrolle aller Verkaufsmitarbeiter*innen
**Ihr Profil mit dem sie uns begeistern**
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hotel Sales, vorzugsweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- gute Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verhandlungsgeschick
- selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
- Gast
- und Serviceorientierung
- sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse, vor allem mit den Microsoft Office Programmen
- als aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit bleiben Sie auch in stressigen Phasen souverän und freundlich
Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Sales Director (m/w/d).
