POSITION:


We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (all genders), based in Rügen or nearby location, with customer service experience to join our team.


CHALLENGE:

  • Support and advice for our customers and partners of the tourism sector to the online booking system for holiday accommodation (B2B)
  • Advice to our agencies and hosts in the B2B area regarding our products and services
  • Creation of handouts for our customers
  • Testing of new functionalities and features
  • Checking the feasibility of customer requests and joint development of Possible solutions with the specialist departments
  • Support and advice from our 1st level support
  • Escalation processing and problem solving

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:

  • Commercial or tourism training, Lateral entrants from the hotel industry, travel agency or Tourist Information
  • Accurate, independent and solutionoriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension, structured work, solutionoriented thinking, willingness to learn and resilience
  • Willingness to travel to crosssite meetings and Events
  • Confident use of MS Office as well as Internet and affinity for technology
  • Fluent in German and English

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:


The position can be based in our office in Cologne, Munich or Rügen, also primarily home office based in Germany.


The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an bonus.
