**Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Überprüfung von Qualitätsmanagementmaßnahmen in der Global Business Services und Koordination aus der Accounting-Perspektive gesellschaftsrechtlicher Umstrukturierungen der deutschen Landesgesellschaft
- Entwicklung von Qualitäts-Kennzahlen für Risikobewertungen, Generierung von Reportings und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Koordination der jährlichen Durchführung des Internen Kontrollsystem (IKS) -Testings, Analyse der Ergebnisse für ein Qualitätsreporting sowie ständige Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
- Beschaffung aller relevanten Informationen in Bezug auf gesellschaftsrechtliche Umstrukturierungen der deutschen Landesgesellschaft, Analyse dieser sowie Entwicklung von Arbeitsaufträge und Handlungsempfehlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche während der Umsetzung von Projekten sowie Schaffung von Voraussetzung für die Durchführung dieser

**Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, Studium oder ein hohes Interesse an den oben genannten Themengebieten
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit Qualitätssicherungsmethoden (z.B. Ursachenanalyse, FMEA), Risikobewertungen, Analysen und Projektkoordination
- Analytische Fähigkeiten bei der Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen
- Professioneller Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel & PowerPoint
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise im Team, souveränes Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, unternehmerisches Denken, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationsroutine
- Organisations
- und Koordinationsstärke
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Das Risk & Control Management hat innerhalb der MMS Global Business Services GmbH neben der Koordination der gesellschaftsrechtlichen Umstrukturierungen in Deutschland auch die Aufgabe, die Qualität des Service-Portfolios zu kontrollieren. Außerdem zeichnet sich das Team für die Durchführung des jährlichen Testings des internen Kontrollsystems sowie die Monats
- und Jahresabschlusskoordination verantwortlich. Zusätzlich werden Risiken in Accounting-Prozessen aufgezeigt, analysiert und abgedeckt. Erkenntnisse werden mittels Kennzahlen gemessen und diese transparent in einem Reporting dargestellt und präsentiert.
Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Service-Qualität für alle Landesgesellschaften kontinuierlich zu verbessern und stets auf einem hohen Niveau zu halten.
