Wir, Paymenttools, sind ein Start-up der REWE Group und möchten den Zahlungsverkehr in Europa aufräumen. Und später im ganzen Sonnensystem. Anders ausgedrückt: #wesolvepayn.

Als People Operations Lead (m/w/d) entwickelst und betreust Du den gesamten Employee Lifecycle — d. h. Talent Attraction, Onboarding, Retention, Development und Separation. Dabei bist du prozessual sattelfest, trittst souverän auf und verstehst Dein Handwerk. Du schaffst es, sowohl die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter: innen als auch die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens auszubalancieren. Du bist strukturiert, proaktiv und jederzeit teamorientiert, um unsere Kolleg: innen zu Superheld: innen zu machen

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Employee Lifecycle aller bestehenden und zukünftigen Kolleg: innen
- Du entwickelst und skalierst ein zeitgemäßes People Operations Team
- Du berätst andere Führungskräfte im Tech-Umfeld bei allen people-relevanten Fragestellungen und unterstützt dabei agile Prinzipien zu etablieren
- Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung, Begleitung und Optimierung von innovativen und modernen People-Prozessen wie Performance Management, Organisationsentwicklung, New Work in einer dynamischen und schnell wachsenden Organisation
- Du behältst alle relevanten personalwirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen im Blick, entwickelst diese weiter und steuerst im Fall der Fälle nach
- Als Führungskraft entwickelst Du Dein Team verantwortungsbewusst weiter und verstehst Dich als Servant Leader
- In dieser sensiblen Rolle bist Du verantwortungsbewusst, verbindlich und diskret

Qualifikation

Deine Erfahrungen
- Du hast weitreichende Erfahrung in diversen People Themen, wie z.B. Arbeitsrecht, Mitarbeiter: innen
- und Führungskräfteentwicklung, Employer Branding und Employee Lifecycle, Vertragserstellung mit Spezialisierung in einzelnen Bereichen
- Du stellst immer den Menschen hinter der Aufgabe in den Mittelpunkt und bist für die Kolleg: innen jederzeit nahbar
- Du kennst Dich damit aus, Prozesse auf moderne Art und Weise auf
- und auszubauen; auch sensible People-Themen liegen Dir
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Hands-on Mentalität, organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz zeichnen Dich aus
- Du konntest bereits als Führungsperson ein Expertenteam leiten und liebst es Menschen individuell zu fördern
- Du hast keine Angst davor in einem dynamischen und agilen Umfeld auch mal neue oder unkonventionelle Wege zu gehen und kannst das Beste aus Digitalen Tools raus holen
- Du kommunizierst fließend und verbindlich auf Deutsch und Englisch auf allen Ebenen der Organisation
