Du suchst als Student:in die berufliche Herausforderung und möchtest eine Karriere im Bereich Human Resources bei einem Global Player in der Konsumgüterindustrie starten? Dann steige jetzt direkt auf der Überholspur ein und starte bei uns als Werkstudent, Human Resources (m/w/d).

Dich erwartet eine internationale, dynamische und offene Arbeitsplatzkultur mit einem sehr vielfältigen Aufgabenbereich für unsere gesamte Ländergruppe Central Cluster (8 Länder). Neben der Verantwortung für operative Aufgaben in Mitarbeiterangelegenheiten unterstützt Du das Team darüber hinaus in allgemeinen HR-Prozessen und übernimmst eigenständig HR-Projekte.

**Responsibilities**:

- Du unterstützt verschiedene HR-Prozesse wie zum Beispiel das Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden als auch den Training & Development Prozess und erhältst dadurch Einblicke in die vielseitige Arbeit eines HR Business Partners
- Bei der Organisation von internen und externen HR-Events kannst du deine Kreativität und dein Organisationstalent voll einbringen
- Im Tagesgeschäft verantwortest du einen eigenen Aufgabenbereich
- Du übernimmst eigenständig den Recruiting-Prozess für unsere Praktikanten in Erkrath
- Bei der Durchführung und Vorbereitung von Meetings und Trainings übernimmst du eine aktive Rolle
- Mit unserem EMEA Center of Expertise & MyHR Operations-Team arbeitest du in verschiedenen Themen zu Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards und Training & Development zusammen

**Experience you'll bring**:

- Student (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt BWL/HR oder ähnlicher Ausbildung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
