Der Geschäftsbereich "Landesbausparkassen" verantwortet den umfassenden Lebenszyklus der Prozesse des Sparkassen-Verbundpartners "LBS". Dabei verantworten wir sowohl die LBS-eigenen Prozesse im OSPlus-Umfeld als auch die Integration der LBS-Schnittstellen in die Anwendungslandschaft der Sparkassen und Landesbanken.
Die Abteilung "OSPlus LBS Auskünfte und FaeH" verantwortet dabei Projekte für die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der LBS-Prozesse und LBS-Integrationen inkl. deren Produktverantwortung in der Linie. Die Umsetzungen erfolgen für das OSPlus-Portal und OSPlus_neo.

Was dich erwartet:
Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden, Partner und anderen Fachabteilungen für das von der Abteilung verantwortete Produkt "FaeH – Finanzierung aus einer Hand" im Themengebiet Baufinanzierung mit Bausparen
Du arbeitest in Projekten mit der Aussicht auf späterer Übernahme der Fachverantwortung: Erstellung von Fachspezifikationen, Release- und Produktinformationen, Durchführung von Testaktivitäten, Qualitätssicherung und Begleitung von Kundenabnahmen im Rahmen einer standortübergreifenden Projektarbeit
Du übernimmst die Testaktivitäten für das verantwortete Produkt im Release-Prozess
und den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports für das Produkt "FaeH" der Abteilung und unterstützt die vorgelagerten Supporteinheiten

Was wir erwarten:
Du hast eine abgeschlossene bankfachliche Ausbildung oder idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Bankwesen/Betriebswirtschaftslehre, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Du bringst Erfahrungen im bankfachlichen Umfeld zu den Themen Baufinanzierung und Bausparen mit
Du besitzt technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse am Verständnis der technischen Strukturen hinter den bankfachlichen Anwendungen
Du hast eine ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und unternehmerische Denkweise, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Lösungen im Sinne des Kunden umzusetzen
Hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartnern gehören zu deinen Stärken
Du besitzt Freude am Arbeiten im Team, bist zuverlässig und zeigst Einsatzbereitschaft und bist bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen
