CRM Business Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at Quipu GmbH, a dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying problems, finding solutions, and communicating implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for application software solutions.
- Work with architects, product experts, and software vendors on solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications.
- Recommend solutions to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities.
- Support and actively participate in Quipu GmbH's internal coordination and communication with all involved parties.
- Lead the determination and documentation of optimal application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
- Create, design, and formulate models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards and tools to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Review the product delivery process.
- Active role in defining best practices and standards for deliverables related to Quipu GmbH's software products.
- Research and benchmark competitive products and best practices.
- Log deliverables and track timelines.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical and electronic engineering or automation.
- Experience as a business analyst.
- Knowledge and clear understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies (Certifications in these areas are preferable).
- Experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories using Agile software development cycles.
- Experience monitoring and prioritizing work in an Agile environment.
- Knowledge of banking and understanding of banking business (preferable).
