Gemeinsam mit Deinem 4-köpfigen Team, bestehend aus praxiserfahrenen Product
Consultants (einige mit Gründungserfahrung), entwickelt ihr eigenverantwortlich das
Digital Product Consulting Portfolio, vermarktet es und wendet es dann beim Kunden
an.

Den agilen Prinzipien folgend, ist es uns besonders wichtig, dass Du mit Menschen auf
Augenhöhe arbeitest und sie in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
umfassend begleitest.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung für das Digital Product Consulting Team.
- Als Ideentreiber*in trägst Du neue Impulse und Ideen rund um Product
Management in das Team und sorgst für die Umsetzung dieser Ideen.
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team priorisierst Du die anstehenden Themen.
- Du bist sowohl intern als auch extern Sparringspartner*in und Berater*in für
fachliche Themen und unterstützt das Team bei der Visionsbildung.
- Du berätst unsere Kunden im Produktmanagement und treibst so den Erfolg ihrer
Produkte.
- Du förderst die Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Product Teams in der tarent
und insbesondere mit den Product Ownern in verschiedenen Kundenprojekten.
- Du treibst die Positionierung der Leistungsangebote am Markt aktiv voran und
repräsentierst das Product Consulting nach außen
- Du bist in der Produktmanagement Community aktiv und vernetzt
- Du gestaltest eigene Beiträge in unseren Product Lunches und auf Konferenzen
- Du bist für die Vermarktung der Leistungen des Digital Product Consulting

- Du unterstützt die Neukunden

Chancen identifizieren und die besten Lösungen entwerfen können.
- Wir erstellen Roadmaps, um alle über die aktuelle Priorisierung zu alignen.
- Wir sind selbst als strategische Product Owner in den Teams tätig.
- Wir entwerfen Experimente, führen sie durch und werten die Ergebnisse aus.

Das bringst Du mit
- Intensive Erfahrung als Lead oder Personalverantwortliche*r im agilen Kontext.
- Servant Leadership, selbstorganisierte Teams und Pull
- statt Push-Prinzip sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Kenntnisse im modernen Produktmanagement (Strategie, Discovery,)
Beratungsexpertise in externen Kundenprojekten.
- Du kennst die Softwareentwicklungsbranche und hast idealerweise selbst als
Product Owner/Product Manager oder Entwickler gearbeitet.
- Ein ausgeprägtes agiles Mindset, mit dem Du Teams und Stakeholder überzeugen
kannst.
- Du hast Erfahrungen in soziokratischen oder holokratischen Strukturen (optional).
- Du hast Freude an organisatorischen und/oder strategischen Aufgaben.
- Ein positives Menschenbild, welches mit Empathie einhergeht.
- Freude daran, andere zu unterstützen und ihnen Richtung zu geben.
- Spaß an der Kommunikation mit dem Team und mit den Kunden.
