Getrieben durch den wachsenden cross border E-Commerce konnten wir in den vergangen Jahren ein kontinuierliches Wachstum im hohen zweistelligen Bereich verzeichnen. Entsprechend wächst unser Team in Berlin sehr schnell und damit auch die Möglichkeiten für alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sich weiterzuentwickeln und zu verwirklichen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind innerhalb des Berliner Büros, und somit für Europa und Nordamerika, zentrale Ansprechperson für Finanzthemen und erfüllen damit auch eine Rolle zwischen der Geschäftsführung sowie der Buchhaltung in Berlin und der Finanzabteilung in Moskau. Sie führen Finanzplanung durch und bereiten mit ihren Mitarbeitenden Management Reportings vor. Sie koordinieren und überwachen das Controlling. Sie verantworten das Cash-Flow Management. Sie sind Ansprechperson für Banken. Sie erarbeiten und koordinieren das Transfer-Pricing mit dem Mutterkonzern. Sie koordinieren IT-Integrationen im Finanzbereich.
Ihr Profil
Notwendige Mindestvoraussetzungen:
Hochschulabschluss in Finanz- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaft. Sprachkenntnisse: Russisch C1 und Deutsch C1. Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und/oder Controlling. Erfahrung in einem internationalen Logistik oder E-Commerce Unternehmen. Signifikante Erfahrungen in Finanzwesen, Audit und Buchhaltung. Projektmanagement (idealerweise international und mehrsprachig). Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise. Führungskompetenz. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse:
Internationale und/oder interkulturelle Arbeitserfahrung. Gute Englischkenntnisse. Prozessorientierte Denkweise und Bereitschaft, sich selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten. Affinität zu IT-Prozessen und digitalen Lösungsansätzen. Arbeitserlaubnis für die EU. Reisebereitschaft.Von Vorteil:
