**Dein künftiger Job als Teamleitung Service Operations & Customer Trainings**:

- Du führst Dein Team bestehend aus den drei Gruppen Kundenschulungen, technische Kommunikation und Redaktion sowie Auftragscontrolling im Kundenservice, wobei ein Schwerpunkt auf den Kundenschulungen liegt
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Prozesse und Standards für die Bereitstellung von Kundenserviceleistungen (u.a. Schulungsformate, Anwenderdokumentationen, Informationsvideos, Abrechnungen), hältst diese nach und leitest bei Bedarf Steuerungsmaßnahmen ab
- In Deinem Team liegt die Auswahl und Betreuung verschiedener Kundenservicetools für Kundenschulungen und Handbuchredaktion
- Du optimierst und entwickelst Deinen Zuständigkeitsbereich strategisch durch innovative Methoden weiter und begleitest deren Umsetzung
- Du bereitest in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Stakeholdern Kundenschulungen (Präsenz
- und Onlineschulungen) vor und nach und leitest Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und -steigerung ab
- Du arbeitest mit den Kundenservice-Einheiten im Unternehmen und im Unternehmensverbund sowie weiteren Schnittstellen (Buchhaltung, Marketing, Entwicklung) eng zusammen
- Du verwaltest Dein eigenes Budget und erstellst Auswertungen für Vorstands
- und Geschäftsführerebene sowie weitere Stakeholder
- Du begleitest Dein Team im stetigen Veränderungsprozess sowie bei der Einhaltung unserer Werte und förderst die unternehmensweite Zusammenarbeit

**Das bist Du**:

- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene** kaufmännische oder verwaltungstechnische Berufsausbildung** oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen **Betriebswirtschaft, Bildungs-, Prozess
- oder Servicemanagement** o. Ä. mit
- Du bringst **erste Führungserfahrungen** mit und kennst Dich idealerweise im kommunalen Umfeld aus
- Du bist hochmotiviert und **lebst Kundenservice
- und Serviceorientierung**:

- Du praktizierst und lebst **moderne Führungsmethoden**:

- Ein profundes **betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis**, vorausschauendes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln und eine klare Lösungsorientierung sind ebenso selbstverständlich für Dich wie Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten
- Du bist fit in den Office-Anwendungen
- Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Du bereits mit **Kundenservice-Tools** wie Customer Relation Systems, Learning Managements Systems, Redaktionssysteme und ACD-Anlagen gearbeitet hast
