Stellenbeschreibung
In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich für die gesamtheitliche Planung und Überwachung von nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Bereich Automation in unserem Technical Competence Center.
**Aufgabenstellung**
- Aktive Begleitung und Unterstützung von Veränderungen des globalen Automation-Footprints sowie standortübergreifender Effizienzsteigerungs
- und Investitionsprojekte
- Fortlaufende Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit externen Schnittstellen (Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, weitere Standorte, Kunden etc.)
- Harmonisierung und Reporting des globalen Automationscontrollings und der Automation-KPI's, sowie Aufbau einer einheitlichen Datenbasis
- Selbstständige Verfolgung und Reporting von Fakturameilensteinen und Erlös
- Unterstützung der Abteilungen im Bereich Automation bei der Überarbeitung von Arbeitsprozessen
- Erstellung, Pflege und Präsentation der gesamtheitlichen Projektstatusübersicht
- Support bei der Nachverfolgung der Termin
- und Maßnahmenpläne bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss sowie bei der Standardisierung von Produktionsanlagen
Qualifikationen
- Technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung / mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Maschinenbau und gute Kenntnisse im Kunststoffspritzgießen und / oder in der Glasformung
- Gutes technisches Verständnis, methodische Vorgehensweise sowie Erfahrungen im Projekt
- und Performancemanagement (KPIs, Leistungs-/Zielkontrolle, Definitionen festlegen)
- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Präsentationsgeschick sowie Teamorientierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von IT-Anwendungen (MS Office)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
