  • In deiner Rolle als Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) führst du Analysen und Assessments durch, identifizierst Anforderungen und stimmst diese mit den Stakeholder*innen ab.
  • Du betreust die Lösungen und Plattformen, die international in unserer SAP R3- oder S4/HANA-Umgebung für Supply Chain Management, Finanzen, Vertrieb und Service eingesetzt werden.
  • Außerdem skizzierst und steuerst du die Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten über wechselnde Fachdisziplinen hinweg - national und international.
  • Du unterstützt den Applikationsbetrieb und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleister*innen und Offshore-Teams.
  • Du teilst deine Erfahrungen und dein Wissen mit deinen Kolleg*innen und bietest Best Practices, Templates und interne Trainings an.
Es wäre WOW, wenn du das hier mitbringst:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Projekterfahrung im Requirements Engineering und Methodenkompetenz (z.B. User Story Mapping, Story Points, Business Process Modeling, Kreativitätstechniken).
  • Erfahrungen in der Konzeption und Implementierung von IT-Lösungen sind von Vorteil. Kenntnisse agiler Projektmanagement-Methoden wie SCRUM, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc. sind wünschenswert.
  • Gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Prozessaffinität sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und den Willen, einen Unterschied zu machen.
