Responsibilities

  • Reporting to our CEO, you will be responsible to develop and execute strategies across all marketing channels to meet tado's ambitious short and midterm growth goals
  • Lead and further develop the Marketing team, including Performance Marketing, Website/SEO, Reporting, Content/Strategy, and CRM and maximize the productivity of the team
  • Continue to improve the overall performance of marketing by fostering a resultoriented culture, experimentation and datadriven decision making
  • Further develop a strong and collaborative relationship with our sales, design/brand and product management teams as well as external agencies
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize the Customer Acquisition Cost based on KPIs and derive actions for the continuous optimisation of marketing activities
  • Regularly align with top management and other key stakeholders across the company (e.g. sales team, Brand, Trade Marketing, B2B Marketing) on strategy and priorities based on campaign ROI reports

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant B2C and B2B Marketing experience, ideally incl. Performance Marketing, New Product Introduction and CRM
  • Track record of managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously in international organizations with multiple international sales channels
  • Highly analytical mindset, ability to evaluate complex data structures and to proactively speak out recommend courses of action
  • Ability to deliver on time while achieving or exceeding business goals together with the team
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude
  • Leading others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English and solid in German
