Aufgaben

Sie sind Sie der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und Auditoren. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenspektrum in unserem Fachbereich Logistik, Food & Feed mit folgenden Tätigkeitsbereichen:

  • Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden, Auditoren und Kollegen
  • Vertrags- und Kalkulationsprüfungen
  • Auditoren- und Sachverständigenauswahl nach vorgegebenen Kriterien sowie deren Disposition
  • Auftrags- und Terminüberwachung
  • Formale Prüfung von Auditvorgängen / Auditdokumentationen
  • Pflege von Datenbanken
  • Prüfung und Freigabe der Rechnungen von Auditoren und Prüfern
  • Erstellung von Zertifikaten und Rechnungen
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossene techn. oder kfm. orientierte Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Qualitäts-, Umwelt- oder Arbeitssicherheitsmanagement sind wünschenswert
  • Hohe Entscheidungsbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Freude an Herausforderungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
