Für unsere Seefrachtorganisation Deutschland suchen wir für den Bereich Ocean Processes & Systems mit Dienstsitz an einem unserer deutschlandweiten Seefracht-Standorte einen

**Head of Processes & Optimization (w/m/d)**

Als **Head of Processes & Optimization (w/m/d)** kümmern Sie sich um die Zentralisierung von Prozessen und steigern dabei die Prozessstandardisierung sowie -qualität. Sie behalten die relevanten Kennzahlen im Blick und kommunizieren aktuelle Anforderungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Identifizierung von Optimierungspotential zur Steigerung der Produktivität in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Standorten sowie Zentralabteilungen
- Unterstützung der regionalen/Cluster P&S bei der Definition, Verbesserung und Einführung/Implementation von Prozessstandards, die Qualität, Effizienz und Skaleneffekte
- Implementierung von Prozessen und Tools in den Standorten sowie stetige Verbesserung anhand von Nutzerrückmeldungen
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Standards, Prozessqualität sowie von Geschäftsprozessen und Anforderungen auf Länderebene
- Unterstützung der Seefrachtstandorte bei der Einführung von Prozessstandards unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Effizienz und Skaleneffekten sowie der Einhaltung globaler und lokaler Vorschriften
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Produktivität in der gesamten Seefrachtorganisation
- Vorantreiben der Prozessautomatisierung und Integration von Geschäftspartnern
- Erstellung von Prozessspezifikationen, um Geschäftsanforderungen darzustellen und geschäftliche Auswirkungen bewerten zu können
- Förderung des Einsatzes von Tools auf Länderebene sowie Unterstützung und Schulung der Anwender:innen nach Bedarf
- Fördern des Einsatzes von Tools auf Länderebene, coachen und unterstützen der Standorte/User nach Bedarf
- Koordination der Operations-Vertreter in den Gebieten

**Requirements**:
**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Seefracht, insbesondere betriebliche Prozesse
- Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Projektmanagement sowie Datenanalyse
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Selbstmotiviert, flexibel und belastbar
- Reisebereitschaft
