We are looking for the
Head of Performance & Contract Management (d/f/m) **to lead our team located in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel at the earliest possible start date.


You will be at the heart of our Logistic Transformation Program contributing to major transformation projects and driving financial and operational performance improvements to ensure customer satisfaction.

Satair Repair Services

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Leading development and steering of a benchmark performance management system for operational execution, cost and quality in the areas of warehousing, transportation and repair & production
  • Leading Logistics & Repair data driven transformation by establishing a global data and performance management network to ensure continuous availability, transparency, reporting and development of all warehousing, transportation, repair & production data to enable improvements and safeguard decision making processes
  • Setting clear objectives, targets and success criteria in accordance with company strategy and essentials and ensuring full compliance with ethical, regulatory and legal standard
  • Supporting and fostering continuous improvement methodologies and mindset by leading global AOS deployment, support operational functions with indepth root cause analysis and developing sustainable improvement solutions to achieve given targets
  • Managing all logistics service providers on a tactical and strategic level and supporting operational functions in achieving excellence level in daybyday operations and against contractual agreements, leading new Call for Tender activities with General Procurement and operational functions
  • Steering annual AOP process, supporting global headcount sizing and building harmonized cost center management with Satair Finance to ensure operational excellence while meeting financial targets

Your boarding pass

  • A relevant degree, e.g. in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a qualified ambivalent with several years of work experience
  • Leadership experience in an international environment
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and transportation performance management
  • Lean background and able do cope big data tools
  • Experience in managing external service providers (3 PL and 4 PL) on a strategic level
  • Fluent level in English (oral & written)

  • Strong awareness of ethic & compliance behavior and regulations
  • Good team player, openminded, handson mentality and able to cope with ad hoc requests

  • Structured in your way of working and analytical affinity to numbers, ability to address issues proactively and high problem solving skills
