You can look forward to
You are primarily responsible for handling reinsurance treaties for professional indemnity insurance from the United States. The main focus here is on financial lines business (D&O, E&O and transactional risk) but it can include also other specialty casualty classes.
Cultivating and expanding the customer base and treaty portfolio Examining offers and renewals as well as the maintenance of internal systems for contract administration Quoting reinsurance treaties Supporting internal and external customers Marketing activities conducted at the local level at customers and reinsurance brokers Communication primarily in EnglishYou come equipped with
Professional experience in underwriting with an insurer or reinsurer is desirable Degree in business administration and/or training as a certified insurance practitioner / commercial training Proficient user skills in English (at least level C1) and independent user skills in German (level B2) Willingness to travel – mostly to the US, roughly three or four times a yearOn a personal level, you can impress us with your assured manner in dealings with internal and external customers. If you also have superb communication skills and are an enthusiastic team player, you have come to exactly the right place
