Join Our Team as an Ecomomist / Mathematician / Underwriter for the Italian Market

If you're looking to embark on a permanent position in the Central European markets, particularly in Germany, Switzerland, and Italy, at our Hanover headquarters in Germany, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Serving a reinsurance treaty portfolio for primary insurance companies in Italy
  • Analyzing reinsurance inquiries and performing risk assessments
  • Calculating premiums and supporting the decision-making process
  • Handling treaty documents and administration
  • Monitoring insurance and reinsurance markets in the region
  • Building strong customer relationships
  • Conducting analyses for customer-specific reinsurance solutions
What We Are Looking For:
  • Quantitative degree in economics, mathematics, or business administration
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector
  • Proficiency in English, German, and Italian
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • International mindset
